still a NEET, thought i had a job lined up but they haven't gotten back with an offer yet... lord give me strength xd

in the meantime, i'm supposed to be working on a new blog post (it's about steins g8 xd), but past the long ass intro i've lost focus. got distracted by chinese parents. it's not even the best game of its genre but the mid gameplay loop as got me hooked. today, i tried to intentionally stop playing and work on the blog, but got sidetracked into fixing other stuff in the site (like, wtf do i even put in my homepage? idk dawg)

dang... crazy how when i'm just a lil' tipsy i REALLY got that urge to kms (without an actual drive to kms). maybe even crazier is that even though i'm with friends and listening to whatever bullshit problems they have, i still have the capability to ignore the urge to kms and give them advice on what to do with their lives (which, imo, are still way better than mine rofl). real life be stranger trhan fiction

i saw some friends but i wasn't really happy with how it went... just felt out of place and alienated. we have very different lives and it feels as if the distance between me and them has only expanded with time. there isn't much left anymore. everything feels forced.

on a whim i decided to explore #soundcloud again. back when the lo-fi trend was picking up like 10 years ago (before it was cringe) everything was on soundcloud. then one day it just clicked to me that nearly every lo-fi or "chillhop" track was basically the same.

but amidst the sea of lo-fi slop, there were definitely some gems. i just wish i found more. e.g. rn listening to Ashley Helal, but sadly when i look up the artist or song stations, everything recommended is lo-fi chillhop slop. bro she ain't even lo-fi (-_-;)

#j-b search continues. have some shit lined up but also with glaring red flags rofl. social pressures continue. crying to radiohead (yeah i actually never bothered to listen to their discography in depth until now, don't shoot me)
